Nestled in the rolling terrain of Central New York, Cherry Knoll Farm Winery was founded in 2005 to create high quality blueberry wines. At Cherry Knoll, we believe the unique terrain of our farm on a ridge east of the Tioughnioga (“te-off-nee-oh-ga”) River produces blueberries with distinct flavor characteristics capable of making exciting wines.
All of our Blueberry Wines are produced from only the highest quality whole, ripe blueberries bursting with flavor. Made 100% from Cherry Knoll Farm’s Blueberries! All berries are picked by hand, sorted (removing all stems, leaves, insects and other unwanted materials – ready for pie-baking, or juice-making), and then made into a wonderfully delicious juice. All our wines are handcrafted from this juice in small batches to assure the finest quality and to maximize color and flavor concentration. All winemaking processes, from making the juice to bottling the finished wine, are completed on the premisies. No grape additives or artifical flavorings are used in Cherry Knoll’s wines. The fruits of our labor are rich and full-bodied wines that have a unique quality with a delicate clean taste.
